Every day, children across Vancouver arrive at school hungry. Since 2013, Vancouver firefighters have been changing that through Snacks for Kids, and Nourish is proud to help them take that work further.
Through Snacks for Kids, Vancouver Firefighters work with the Vancouver School Board
to make sure children who need food can access it at school.
WHY NOURISH?
We believe meaningful impact doesn’t always mean creating something new. Sometimes it means finding what’s already working — and helping it reach further.
Vancouver Firefighter Charities already has the relationships, infrastructure and experience to get nutritious food into schools where it’s needed.
